Closing School

My main consideration when deciding to open (or close) our school, is the safety of children and staff.  Some of our teachers drive some distance to get to school and asking them to do so in severe weather conditions is dangerous. If there are insufficient teachers able to get into school we can not cover all the classes, and in these cases we are forced to close the school.

Many Warden Hill staff and children are able to walk to school in bad weather which has in the past enabled us to stay open whilst other schools in the area have closed.

We will decide early in the morning (by 7.45am) about opening or closing so if you want to check, please click on this link
