The PTA and School staff have kindly donated some amazing items that have gone into creating over 25 amazing Hampers. Tickets cost £2 each and we will be raffling them off at the Summer Carnival on Saturday 10th May. There’s something for everyone from the Gin One, Explosive Stem One, Pamper One, Unicorn One to the Football One. Take a look at our amazing bulging list below to see what’s on offer and don’t forget to visit our Hamper stall at the Carnival to get your tickets.
Access to the Circus & Inflatables will be via the Infant Green only. There will be no access via the path at the side of the Yoga studio & reception classrooms, this is for health & safety reasons.
Use of play equipment – any use of the school’s play equipment is at your own risk and children should be supervised at all times, we will accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
Site Plan – below there is a map of the Carnival site so you can find your way around. Please take a moment to look at this as it will also show you; the entrance, toilets, our first aid & lost child meeting point, as well as a second exit that will only be used in case of emergency, as well as the location of our food vendors, stalls, bar and ice cream stall. If there is an emergency the school fire alarm will sound.
There is strictly No Parking on the school grounds or on Durham Close, unless you have a valid blue badge, are a stall holder or volunteer, or drive a big red fire engine! This is to ensure the safety of everyone at the festival and also maintain access for the residents of Durham Close. Also the fire engine may need to leave at a moment’s notice so we must ensure clear access
Respect our Neighbours – our event is on a weekend and we are in a residential area, so please be mindful of our neighbours when entering and leaving our site.
And finally don’t forget to bring a picnic blanket or fold up chair to take the weight off, enjoy the sunshine, food and music from our amazing musician.
