DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that the PTA Sponsored Flip-a-thon will be taking place on Tuesday 10th February! \nEach year group will take part together\, and every child will have one minute to see how many successful pancake tosses they can complete. It promises to be a fun\, energetic fundraiser and a brilliant way to get everyone involved. \n Date: Tuesday 10th February\n Location: School Hall \nChildren will take part during the school day with their class and all equipment will be provided.  Funds raised will go directly towards supporting school projects and enriching opportunities for all pupils. \nSponsorship forms will be sent home\, so please check your child’s bag.  The deadline for collecting sponsorship and returning all forms and money (in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and class on) is Friday 27th February. \nThank you\, as always\, for your support. DESCRIPTION:Mrs Claus is waiting with gifts in hand\, the Mulled Wine is warming and we’re all very excited to welcome you to our Christmas Fayre 2025!\nDoors open at 5.30pm and end at 7.30pm after the Raffle has been drawn in the main hall. \nBelow is the Christmas Fayre Map\, so you can see where all our amazing stalls\, Bar\, Grotto\, external stall holders & choir are located. Please note that the entrance to the Fayre is through the usual gate for pick up & drop off not through the car park. Entrance costs £1 (card\, cash or tokens accepted) and you have 2 entry points to choose from depending on which end of the Fayre you want to access first (shown on the map). \nChristmas Fayre Site Plan 2025 \nDon’t forget to book your Mrs Claus Grotto tickets using the link below\, sales will close at midday today. Any unsold Grotto slots will be available to purchase on the night along with additional tokens from the token stall.\nIf you are visiting Mrs Claus first at 5.30pm then please access the Grotto via the entrance to Yoga Studio also shown on the Map. DESCRIPTION:Tickets cost £7 per person and under 2s go free.\nTickets can be purchased using the following link: \nFireworks 2025 Info Sheet \nTickets cost £7 per person and under 2s go free.\nTickets can be purchased using the following link: \nhttps://www.pta-events.co.uk/wardenhillptaevents/index.cfm?event=event&eventId=104298#products \nPlease ensure you include the full name & class of the child/ren attending when purchasing so wristbands can be sent home. \nThere will be a PTA run bar with both Hot and Cold drinks – Hot Chocolate\, Mulled Wine\, Tea\, Coffee\, beer\, soft drinks etc. and some colourful UV Glow items for sale. \nWe are striving to be a cashless site\, so if you do bring cash\, please ensure you have change. \nThere will be tasty Food Vendors including Brinko’s with both adult and children’s options (see menu below). And The Moreish Grazer with their delicious Indian cuisine including their signature samosa chaat and other ‘quick and go’ savoury items (please bring cash for this vendor). \nAll children must be supervised at all times for the safety and enjoyment of all. The Infant Green and ALL play equipment is strictly off limits. If any accidents occur in these areas or on the equipment it is the responsibility of the parent/responsible adult. \nDurham Close and the School Car Park will be out of bounds (except for residents and disabled Blue Badge holders) between the hours of 5 – 7.30pm to ensure the safety of the spectators and volunteers working at the event and allow emergency access.\nFeel free to park in the surrounding streets\, but please be respectful of our neighbours\, and we encourage people to walk where possible. \nAll the fireworks will be aerial ones\, so you will be able to see from wherever you stand. Strictly no sparklers allowed. Please see site plan below for entry and exit routes. \nENTRY\, EXIT & EMERGENCY PROCEDURE \nPlease take time to look at the Site Plan which shows where everything will be located including; the First Aid area and Toilets\, the entry and exit routes (route 2 is for exit & emergencies only)\, and what to do in the highly unlikely event of an emergency. If there is an emergency and we need to clear the site as quickly and calmly as possible a bell will ring continuously and all spectors will be directed by the Marshalls to leave by the exit route closest to them. This will be either via the side entrance you came in\, or as per the usual end of day routine\, both of which are marked on the site plan. Entry this year will be via the usual drop off/pick up path\, rather than through the car park to ensure safety of all spectators.

DESCRIPTION:On Friday 14th March we will be having a non-uniform day.  So for a £2 donation children will be able to wear their favourite clothes to school (need to be suitable for normal school activities so no fancy dress\, no makeup\, sensible footwear). \nChildren just need to bring in £2 in cash on the day to give to their teacher. \nAnd It doesn’t end there\, for all children who take part and make a donation\, they will also get entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £5 WH Smith gift card (1 x prize for each year group).
