We are excited to inform you that Warden Hill Primary School will be taking part in the Gloucestershire Young Photographer of the Year competition again. This will be open to Year 5 and Year 6 pupils only. There is not a particular theme this year and only one digital image, in colour or monochrome, can be submitted.
Cash prizes of £70, £40 and £20 will be awarded to the 1st 2nd & 3rd placed photographs respectively, in each of the Primary and Secondary categories. Other photographs may receive Highly Commended and Commended Certificates. Trophies will be awarded to the Primary and Secondary Schools with the best overall entries.
There will once again be an exciting Awards Evening at the Cheltenham Playhouse, at which all the selected images will be shown, and the awards presented. This year’s event will be held on Thursday 25th April.
Photographs need to be submitted to Mrs Gowan before the 19th March 2024. She will then upload them to the site.
