The Infant School Council and Eco Warriors have been working together on an exciting project! We have been looking for ways to make our school more sustainable and environmentally friendly. We realised that our School and Eco Council badges were expensive to buy, were made out of metal and were not being re-used. Therefore, we explored different badges that would be better for our environment and found bamboo ones. It was our job to create different designs and we asked our classes which ones were their favourite. Our new more sustainable badges are now being worn by our new council representatives. When they finish their election term, they will hand these back to the teachers so that we can re-use them as this is better for the environment.
We are very proud of our team work to create such a fantastic set of badges!
