After a busy week of extra-curricular competition for our Year 6 children, the term culminated in an inter-school general knowledge quiz run by the Rotary Club. Another lovely occasion for our pupils to showcase the breadth of their talents!
This year Warden Hill played host to the event, which featured 8 rounds of questions on: science, history, geography, sport, pop culture, grammar, maths and general knowledge.
Whilst Christchurch were the overall winners of the 14 competing teams, the most keenly fought competition would be who would come out on top between the two Warden Hill teams; a final round perfect score saw Warden Hill ‘X’ beat their counterparts by a single point!
