Salary: Grade 6 Scale Point 15-20: £23 541- £25 991 pa pro rata
Hours: 35 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 10:30am and 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Holiday entitlement: 28 days, to be taken outside of term time

Due to the retirement of current Site Manager, the governors of Warden Hill would like to appoint another fantastic, proactive Site Manager, who will take pride in looking after our school by ensuring that we provide a safe, clean and pleasant environment for our children to learn in.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: the school’s security, health and safety, site maintenance and repairs, cleaning and hygiene and managing contracts and contractors.

Their personal qualities will include reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility, excellent communication skills and an ability to manage their workflow. A fab sense of humour is essential! This is an active role and alongside the paperwork it will also require a very hands-on approach in working around the site.

This is an especially exciting time for us, as we will be embarking on our new school build in September 2021 (planning permitting). The successful candidate will start the job by shadowing our current Site Manager learning about the current school but also being part of the wider developments of the new one.

Visits to school are warmly welcomed and will be conducted in a socially distanced manner as much as possible.
