We aim to prepare the children for their school life and beyond by making them enthusiastic readers, writers, mathematicians and scientists. At the start of the Autumn term we provide continuous provision to ease the transition from Reception to Year 1. As the children mature we move towards a more formal timetable.

Our children are always inquisitive and engaged because we provide a creative curriculum powered by interesting topics such as ‘This is Me’, ‘Frozen’ and ‘Location, Location, Location’. During the year, they will explore nature as it changes throughout the seasons, cook gingerbread and design their dream home complete with slides for stairs!

These interesting experiences help the children make the jump from the early years setting to the national curriculum in an exciting and stimulating way.
