PTA: Christmas Fayre Tokens
Like last year’s Christmas Fayre and the Summer Festival we will be using tokens, this is to reduce the amount of cash on the day. You will ONLY be able to use these tokens on PTA Stalls including the Bar (you will also still be able to use card & cash at the Bar). Tokens cost £1 per token and will be on sale in advance of the Fayre to try to reduce the amount of time queueing at the start of the event. These can be bought in multiples of £5 (5 tokens) and will then be sent home in a sealed envelope in your child’s bag in the week of the Fayre. It is imperative that you put your child’s name and class when purchasing your tokens, this can either be put as the contact’s name, or in the Message to Merchant section. PTA – Christmas Fayre Donations
Some of the stalls at the Christmas Fayre are only possible through the generosity of parent donations. The donations that we would like to request are:
Infants – Chocolates/Sweets for the Choc Tombola (Strictly No Nuts) & a Mystery Bag
Juniors – Bottles for the Bottle Tombola & a Mystery Bag
Mystery Bags will be sent home with every child w/c 18th November and can contain edible surprises (no nuts) or small toys. Please ensure that all bags are also wrapped in wrapping paper. The deadline for returning all these donations is Wednesday 4th December.
There will also be a cake stall, for which all cake/biscuit donations should be sent into school on the day of the Fayre, Friday 6th December. Please can we ask that these are clearly marked if they are Gluten Free, Dairy free or Vegan.
As a thank you for all your amazing donations, there will be a non-school uniform day on Wednesday 4th December.
PTA – Christmas Fayre Volunteers
As you will have seen from the fireworks display it takes a large team of people, both staff and parents to be able to run these sort of mass in person events. We rely heavily on volunteers, so if you would be able to spare an hour or two of your time for our Christmas Fayre on Friday 6th December, it would be greatly appreciated.
