Year 5 will be visiting Bishops Wood and take part in a Viking time workshop – they will take a journey across the northern seas in a full size Viking long ship, learn skills such as brooch making, spinning wool, hurdle and clay pot making. The children will make overnight shelters using natural materials. It will be an active and fun filled day bringing the Viking times to life.
