On Monday 9th February, Lucas (2T), Joseph (4P) and Noora (6W) represented the school by performing their speeches at St Luke’s Church, competing against finalists from schools across Cheltenham.
All three pupils spoke clearly and confidently, using excellent expression and demonstrating a real passion for their chosen subjects.
With 20 schools taking part, the standard of competition was extremely high. Although they did not progress to the Gloucestershire finals, they should be very proud of their achievement in reaching this stage after winning both their class heats and the whole-school finals.
It was a wonderful morning and a privilege to watch each pupil perform. Well done to Lucas, Joseph and Noora on their fantastic achievement.
