St Greg’s played host to a new event to the inter-school calendar: Y3/4 girls football. 5 schools joined the festival which was played in a round robin tournament format. Our team consisted of some keen first-timers alongside a few more experienced players, but it was a first time representing Warden Hill for almost all of them.
The girls conducted themselves brilliantly, playing with positivity, enthusiasm and competitiveness, playing some great football along the way. The future of WH girls football looks very bright! Well played girls!
