This is a 5 week course starting on Wednesday 4th June and is open to Y6 with ONLY 15 spaces available.

With such a small number of places available due to the kit requirements, places may go quickly.

Children will work towards the SBGB Cruiser Award – practising basic skills like Stance, Balance, Pushing, Turning & Stopping whilst learning safety rules.

All children who complete the course will receive an Official Certificate, coaching cards and stickers.
All skateboards, helmets, elbow and knee pads are supplied for a maximum of 15 children per session.
Course cost will be £40 for the 5 weeks.

This is a ‘beginner’ course and should be attended by children really wanting to learn the basics – they will need bravery, resilience, determination and a willing to take a fall but get back up and go again! No skateboard tricks will be included on the course.

Mr. Roberts is a qualified SBGB Skateboard coach and is very excited to bring this new opportunity of a fantastic new sport to WHPS!
