Halloween Costume Sale – Reducing fast fashion and landfill
Most of our children like to dress up and trick or treat at Halloween. Often our children grow out of their costumes in one year and another one is bought the following year. Therefore, we would like to reduce the amount of costumes that end up in landfill each year by encouraging everyone to wear preloved clothing.
If you have any Halloween items which no longer fit or are not worn anymore, please donate them to us to sell. Either give them to your child’s class teacher or take them to the office.
All items donated need to be washed, in a good condition and brought into school by Tuesday 14th October.
Eco will sell the preloved clothing and Halloween accessories afterschool on Friday 17th October on the playground – weather permitting.
Maybe you could get a bargain in time for our PTA Halloween disco!
All money raised will go to continuing our butterfly project and will support other Eco projects this year.
