On Thursday 6th of March, we celebrated all things books! We looked at this year’s theme ‘Read your way’ by sharing books across year groups.
How wonderful it was to see children bring in their favourite book, whether that be a fantasy, comedy, fiction and non- fiction, and share it with others.
We also spent some time discovering a number of graphic novels which arrived at school just in time for the World Book Day. It was great to see the children surprised that exploring a graphic novel is still a form of reading.
These new graphic novels are available to be borrowed from the book corner.
